Helping Our Children Become The Leaders Of Tomorrow

What if you could give a child the tools, strategies and technologies to become a leader in all areas of their life?

The nonprofit Anthony Robbins Foundation’s Global Youth Leadership Summit is a five-day program designed to boost young adults into leadership roles that will change their lives and that of their community.

Taking place July 17th – July 22, 2010 in San Diego, CA the summit gives kids aged 14-17 the tools they need to enter into a world of community leadership and service. Through group discussions, leadership games, team building, guest speakers from around the world, simulations and exercises, the summit participants will identify their own particular leadership strengths, create their personal goals and develop a commitment to community service.

The summit is taking applications to participate now, if you have a child aged 14-17 (or know someone who does you can forward this to), or are interested in volunteering to work with these future leaders please click on the link below now – help change a young persons life forever!

“[Global Youth Leadership Summit] helped me get rid of my shyness and insecurity. I needed to let go of my fears of being judged. When I did, I gained an abundance of friends, along with courage and confidence. My grades have improved and I joined the soccer team and the cheerleading squad, which I would never have done before.”

  1. It seems that there are some old streams here and it has been a while since someone commented so I don’t know if anybody will really see this post ? I’m English but live in Spain. I have just returned from the UK from a project management seminar where part of the subject matter was project management life skills for kids in schools and an update on how this ( innovative ? ) programme was progressing. I am a Robbins fan and have attended 2 seminars. I believe there could be somne value add synergy by getting in touch with these guys. The inspiration for this mail is that my daughter is 13 and struggling to reach some of her Physical Education exam challeneges ( although she is not overweight or undernurished ) in one night I’ve showed her how to achieve these things through visualisation techniques. She thinks that Dad has a magic power ! please someone contact me. Regards, Tony

  2. I think securing the emotional health of our youth is as important – if not more so – than their academic studies. I would love to see this program go nationwide and brought into the schools for kids of all ages. I would like to investigate how my theatre company can incorporate these wonderfully healthy philosophies into touring dramas that can be taken into the schools. What better place to build the future of this country!

  5. Hello Tony,
I believe I have made a significant shift this morning… At last.

I decided to read ‘The Gift of Change’ by Marianne Williamson, as I seemed to notice it stand out this morning for some reason, in my bookshelf.

I had been thinking over the last few days… If only I could identify this paradigm that is holding me back, the paradigm that does not serve me and replace it with one that truly does?

Well I observed in the book that the ego uses all its intelligence to sustain itself and keep a person trapped in the paradigm of seeing the world through the eyes of fear.
This I had also noticed before but had not really accepted it as the reason for anger, depression and fear based bahaviours of mine. However, the book told me to simply open my mind to receive the paradigm of the Holy Spirit. The ultimate paradigm to see the world through the eyes of love.

Here I was attempting to design a new better paradigm, from within the floored paradigm of my own ego… Do’H. When all along the best one of the lot was available to me all the time. All I had to do was use my Free Will to decide to accept it.

I now meditate on illuminating my mind with the holy spirit. I meditate a lot, almost 1.5 hours to 2 hours each day, so the shift will be tremendous!

Sincere thanks for putting up with my emails and sorry for the pain and negativity in some of them.

    Kind regards,
    Chris Chalmers
