One moment is all it takes to change your life forever. One insight. One conversation. One decision. One idea. One step.
How does true transformation happen?

Transformation doesn’t come easy. It requires clarity, self-honesty, insight and action.
There’s also a science to transformation. A chemistry. There are 5 elements that when they come together – an explosive transformation occurs.

Thank you. I needed that! I needed to hear that. I don’t always know how to act on the inspiration I feel, but thank you for sharing, and I will pass it on somehow through my own actions.
Peace, and Happy 50th Birthday,

Hi Tony,
Thank you for being great and helping me think positively. I’m going through a very hard time in life right now and I’m really focusing on “The questions I ask myself determine how I feel” I find myself stopping and asking myself a set of positive questions that help me change how I am doing. I find myself looking to change my physiology to change my state. I’m one of those passive listeners…but when I really need to change I’ve remembered what you have taught me over the years. I look for the other colors when the world teaches me to only see “brown”. I ask myself, “What’s good, or if it was good, what would it be”. I’m at a very dark hour in life right now but I know with practice, patience, and focusing on what’s ‘good’ in life, I will become my confident happy person again. Thank you again for everything you have given to the world!! and especially me.
Chad
Happy Birthday Tony! Your birthday is the day I assigned to achieve my goal to become a Life Strategist… I refuse to wait wait 3 more years, and it’s already unfolding before me
Happy 50th Birthday Tony! I celebrated a 50th birthday myself. Age is relative as you know, and it’s the meaning we place on it. By the way, you look great! You have been a role model and mentor of mine for many years, and have inspired me build a life coaching business. 15 years ago you challenged me to practice CANI (continuous and never ending impovement) which I embreace, and has served me well over the years. Your audio and video recordings provide me with fresh new insights each time I listen or watch them. Don’t stop doing what you do. The world is a better place with you in it!
Namaste,
John Curran
Wow, it is amazing to me that I have been following you for 20 years. After 5 cd programs, 2 books and one UPW I am happier in my life because I know that I have the control to make things work for me. Happy Birthday friend, Tony I wish you always the very best to you and Sage. 50 years that is one fourth of what I expect you to live until you retire and then at least 50 more during retirement.
