I’m pretty active, lacing up just two times a week for now to do kickboxing or zumba but my goal is to makes it out for four times a week. When I get plan and make time for the gym I am always glad I went and undoubtedly feel younger. Currently, I am recovering from a hip injury – keep forgetting that I can’t run without incurring pain for the next week. Frustrating that I actually got out of bed early on the weekend and this is what I get in return? It is upsetting. But once I am pain free and can walk straight again I will hit the dance floor again.
