Have you ever noticed that depressed people tend to get more depressed?
Passionate people tend to get more excited?
Successful people tend to breed further success?
I call the force that drives this cycle the “Power of Momentum”.
It starts by creating a map from where you are to where you want to be.
You need to gain clarity about where you’ve been, where you are now, and where you want to go so that you can create lasting change in every area of your life.
Everyone has some part of their life they want to improve — “gaps” that exist between who they are and what they want to be.
When you are done watching the video, click on the links (below the video) to download the full New Year, New Life “Power of Momentum” audio session and action guide which will walk you through a step-by-step process to develop a plan to close this gap now.
It is never too late for you to make positive changes and to attain the life of your dreams.
Make sure you’re setting goals physically, mentally and emotionally AND find your own personal balance so that you can live a fulfilled life.
This is the most powerful process I know to create the momentum and plan to take you from where you are to where you want to be.
Have fun and leave a comment with the story of your success.
In the meantime, as always,
Live Strong & Live With Passion!
Tony

Hey guys. I completed this about a year or so ago and it is truely amazing. i wanted to do it again, however, the links do not open. Any chance of hooking it back up. This changed so many things for me (happy to share) – thank you, GLEN
We all need a little bit of positive guidance sometimes. This applies to all cross sections of siciety.
Hi Tony!
I just want to say, that I believe that what you do for people is amazing! I really wish I’d found your blog alot sooner.
I’ll give you a bit of information about my situation:
I am dealing with an attempted sexual assault and robbery that took place in my home. Basically, I woke up in the middle of the night to see a man going through my things. He was holding a machete. When he realized I was awake, he started telling me he wanted sex. I’ll skip all the details but, I managed to get away without being raped.
Unfortunately, I have a very painful history so, this makes my situation a bit difficult. As a child I was molested by my babysitter’s teenage brother. It didn’t go on for a long time but, was still traumatic.
I was a very depressed child and to add to it all, I have a very dysfunctional relationship with my parents, who happen to live next door to me and almost two months later, still have not managed to ask me how I’m doing.
When I was about 23 years old, I was held hostage at work. I was pregnant at the time and became very stressed afterwards. I was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
As a result, I missed a good bit of work due to illness and was asked to resign my position or be let go. I was an Administrative Assistant to a Vice President of the company. So, I resigned with the idea that I could go back when I was well but, only at an entry level job. They told me that if they had to fire me, they would have considered me as someone never to hire again. Since decent paying jobs were hard to find in my area at the time, I resigned. What followed, as a result, was what I think of as my own personal financial disaster. I won’t go into the details but, financially I have never recovered. Before that, however, I was doing well financially.
My family is currently very low income. I live in a bad neighborhood and can’t afford to move, which makes feeling completely safe difficult at the moment.
I’d love to afford to go to one of your seminars or even to own your videos but, for the moment, that is not possible. What I do hope, though, is that you could respond to my questions below.
I have to mention that I’m sorry for all the details. I just feel that I have a very weird situation and hoped it would make answering my questions easier.
I also want to assure you, that I am in free conselling at the moment through a Crime Victim’s assistance program.
Despite everything in my past, I know that I have the ability to do so much more with my life. I feel that I have alot of untapped potential. I’m very creative and learn things easily. For example, I taught myself how to create websites and make small web applications. For a while, I made a very meager income doing that.
I am replying to this specific post because I have completed your New year, New Life webinar. I realize that I really want to change the area of my life dealing with Emotion and Meaning. I feel it influences everything I do. I’d love to fix my financial situation, as well, but, I’m focusing first on the emotional and meaning.
I get depressed sometimes because it feels that I can never get ahead. I feel like my children and husband are suffering because of the result of my experiences, experiences that I can’t control.
1. How do you begin to unravel years of bad experiences and really live? I’m choosing to but, is that enough?
2. As for a model/mentor, I’m limited to the internet but, if you have an recommendations such as a blog or person I could email, I would certainly be willing.
3. Besides counselling, is there anything I can do to further myself along. I have to admit that I’m not extremely patient.
Despite that, I am trying to be patient with my healing. I realize it takes time.
Sorry that this is lengthy. I truly appreciate any response.
God Bless You!
Julie Blanchard
